If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories within 30 days of receiving your shipment. You will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. We'll refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped or defective merchandise. Please insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
